Individual Therapy

Therapy is a place you can expect to feel safe, validated and supported.

You will bring curiosity, openness, and desire to change.

I will provide safety, compassion, and practical skills for everyday life.

Together, we will focus in on what truly matters to you and forge a path to a more meaningful life.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

Mary Oliver

Individual therapy

I provide counseling for individuals ages 14 and above. Prior to our first meeting, I will ask you to complete intake paperwork with information about your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together. In our initial session, we will begin building our relationship and exploring your intake answers. From there, we will establish follow-up appointment frequency and develop a collaborative treatment plan to help you meet your goals.

Virtual therapy sessions are provided through a HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice that centralizes your care. On the digital client portal you will be able to access our tele-therapy sessions, fill out intake paperwork, send messages securely, receive reminders for appointments, process payments, and print statements for insurance claims.

In person session take place in Bethesda, Maryland.
